Do customers need an app or an account?
No. The ordering page works in any phone browser. Customers enter a mobile number so the shop can identify the order — no OTP, no sign-up.
How does payment work?
Each shop sets its UPI ID. Customers see a QR for the exact amount and pay with any UPI app; the shop confirms with one tap. Shops can also take cash at the counter. DropPrint never touches the money.
What file types are supported?
PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), JPG and PNG. Page counts are detected automatically so pricing is exact, and photos are converted to print-ready PDFs.
What happens to the files?
They are stored only until the order is collected and deleted automatically a few days after. Only the shop you ordered from can see them. See the Privacy Policy.
I run a shop. What do I need?
A phone or laptop with a browser and your printer. Register, set prices and your UPI ID, print the QR, and you're live.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — see pricing. You always see current plans before you sign up.
